First time investment

The system encourages and guides the customer to undertake investment through notifications, pop-ups and personalized communication. The journey begins with an engaging introduction which leads the customer through the key milestones of the journey.

Then the customer goes through a risk and preference profiling in order to assess risk profile and investment preferences. The customer is given different themes and goal-based scenarios for the investments, sets up a portfolio and subscribes for a model portfolio suitable to the investment needs and preferences.

The system takes care of account funding and seamless order placement and transaction execution. Lastly, the customer sets rebalancing preferences and finalizes the first investment.

All ongoing portfolios are monitored on a regular basis and the customer is notified about deviation from a model portfolio or increase/drop in value. The system gives new investment opportunities next to the ongoing investment. The portfolio is analyzed in terms of performance, risk and ESG impact.

Customer portfolio can be rebalanced at any time by the customer or automatically, in case a certain deviation is reached. The customer can edit the main portfolio parameters, as well as change the underlying model portfolio to another one, according to preferences. The customer can easily top up or withdraw money from a portfolio at any time.

The CWM platform monitors customer activities within the portfolios set up such as rebalancing, top-ups and withdrawals. The system registers customer robo-advisory portfolio and reflects them in the RM channel.

The platform is equipped with a business administration panel that allows financial institutions create, analyze and distribute model portfolios to the robo-advisory offering. Head office has access to analytics and statistics in terms of robo-advisory portfolios and model portfolios chosen by customers.

The back-end of the solution enables to set different business assumptions and elements used across the journey, such as suitability questionnaire, simulation parameters, goal types, etc.
