Comarch has signed a cooperation framework agreement with ING Bank Slaski
Comarch and ING Bank Slaski have signed a framework agreement for cooperation in ongoing IT projects. The contract covers development of Comarch's already implemented solutions as well as future projects at ING Bank Slaski, and provides continuation of long-term cooperation between both companies.
‘Cooperation between Comarch and ING Bank Slaski has several years of history behind it. It began by way of a contract for the implementation of asset management solutions in 2002. The project resulted in further implementations aimed at automating the bank’s operational and business activities, including Internet banking, sales, loans as well as archive and electronic document management. Thus, this framework agreement is a step towards developing further cooperation between Comarch and ING Bank Slaski’, says Przemysław Drzymala, Sales Department Manager, Comarch SA.
‘For us, the most important factors in IT projects are innovation, consistency and predictability. Comarch is a proven, reliable partner with high potential and highly competitive products. What is also significant, Comarch as a banking and finance market consolidator has extensive experience and know-how which brings real added value to projects carried out for the bank. The signed agreement gives us great flexibility in adapting to changing business needs and shapes our future partnership’, emphasizes Mariusz Bondarchuk, CIO of ING Bank Slaski.
