Comarch supports debt collection at Allianz Bank
Comarch has successfully completed the implementation of the Comarch Debt Management system for Allianz Bank (Allianz Group). The aim of the project was to automate monitoring and notification procedures as well as support legal proceedings and enforced collections.
Comarch Debt Management is a proven solution that has successfully been operating in Allianz Group insurance companies for several years. The implementation project of Comarch Debt Management in Allianz Bank resulted in the configuration of the bank’s business processes and parameterization of the system, according to the bank’s requirements. The Comarch Debt Management functionality was implemented on the basis of a configurable workflow and enhanced decision-making engine. When integrated with the bank’s other systems, the solution provides comprehensive support for a multi-channel customer service, including a notification process, as well as legal and debt enforcement proceedings. Comarch Debt Management also supports the organization of work, the debt collector’s task planning and automatic calculation of interest and costs.
‘The implemented application was, among others, integrated with the bank’s trading system, data warehouse, call-center system, sms gateway, electronic archive and external printing. Comarch Debt Management is a very flexible solution which can be expanded and configured by our client without our support’, says Tomasz Krajewski, Project Manager, Comarch SA.
Comarch Debt Management supports legal proceedings (e.g. issuing rights of execution, generating legal documents, deadline monitoring) and enforced collection (e.g. communication with a debt collector). Moreover, the solution automates the processes of data exchange with external debt collectors.
