Comarch S.A. has implemented an Internal Procedure for Reporting Violations of the Law in accordance with the Act of 14th June, 2024, on the protection of whistleblowers.

We encourage the use of our internal reporting channel, which allows for the safe and transparent reporting of potential violations. Reports of legal violations will be thoroughly analyzed and verified, and whistleblowers will be protected against any retaliatory actions.
