Financial Results for H1 2024
In H1 2024, the Comarch Group's sales revenues were higher by PLN 55,920 thousand, i.e. by 6.8% compared to the same period last year. The operating result reached PLN 37,288 thousand and was 56.6% higher than that achieved in H1 2023. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in H1 2024 was lower than that achieved in H1 2024 by PLN 26,287 thousand, or 52.8%, and reached PLN 23,509 thousand. The increase in the value of sales revenues and the improvement in the operating result in the first half of 2024 compared to the first half of 2023 were largely due to changes in foreign exchange rates and related foreign exchange differences. Foreign exchange gains realized and the balance sheet valuation of exchange differences on receivables as of the 30th of June, 2024, increased the Comarch Group's revenue and operating profit in H1 2024 by PLN 631 thousand, while in the same period of 2023 they decreased by PLN 24,293 thousand.
