Pursuant to &39 sec. 1 pt. 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces

Pursuant to the rule number 3) included in the third part, pt 1 of the \"Corporate Governance Principles\", ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board reports that on 9 June 2008 Supervisory Board of  ComArch S.A. passed the resolution no. 4/6/2008 in which projects of the resolutions at the AGM, to be held on 25 June 2008, are given positive opinions. Projects of the resolutions were made public on 9 June 2008 in current report no. 13/2008.

Pursuant to the rule number 1) and 2) included in the third part, pt 1 of the \"Corporate Governance Principles\", ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board conveys 2007 activities\' report (74,3kB) of ComArch S.A.\'s Supervisory Board and assessment of the company\'s situation in 2007 including assessment of the company\'s internal system control and risk management in the company.

Pursuant to art. 395 § 1 and art. 399 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code and pursuant to § 14 of the company\'s Statute, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. hereby convenes Annual General Shareholders Meeting of ComArch S.A., to be held at 09:00 o\'clock on June 25th 2008, at Aleja Jana Pawla II 39A in Krakow, Poland:

Pursuant to &5 sec. 1 pt. 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that on 17 April 2008, a contract between ComArch S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the \"Comarch\") and BIW KONCEPT Sp. z o.o. (Ltd) with its registered seat in Krakow (hereinafter referred to as the \"Koncept\") was signed.

Pursuant to &5 sec. 1 pt. 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that on 17 April 2008, a contract between ComArch S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the \"Comarch\") and Ogólnopolska Fundacja Edukacji Komputerowej with its registered seat in Wroclaw (hereinafter referred to as the \"OFEK\") was signed.
