Pursuant to § 5 Act 1 Pt 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board reports that on 8 November 2006 the value of assets that backed construction mortgages was 22.2 million PLN.

Pursuant to § 5 Act 1 Pt 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board reports that on 18 October 2006 ComArch S.A. received signed agreement with Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski on delivery of Microsoft licences and on related services.

No. 184, the item 1539), the company hereby informs that received following information about purchase of ComArch S.A. shares:

ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board informs that on 14 July 2006 received notice concerning registration on 30 June 2006 by the District Court for Kraków-Sródmiescie, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register of changes in the company\'s Statute resolved by the General Meeting on 22 June 2006.

ComArch S.A. presents file ComArch S.A. presents file \"Introduction to the Financial Statement SA-R 2005 of ComArch S.A.\" (62,4kB) which is an addendum to the annual financial statement of Comarch S.A which was made public on 5 April 2006.

Pursuant to § 5 Act 1 Pt 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board reports that on 9 June 2006 company obtained an agreement, signed on 30 June 2006 by consortium of ComArch S.A. and Ogólnopolska Fundacja Edukacji Komputerowej (hereinafter referred to as the \"Consortium\") with Ministry of National Education (hereinafter referred to as the \"MEN\").

Pursuant to § 5 Act 1 Pt 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board reports that on 28 June 2006 ComArch S.A. signed an agreement with Budostal-2 S.A. seated in Krakow, on realisation of the third construction stage of investment in the Special Economic Zone in Krakow.
