Pursuant to §5 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018, on the current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs about the dismissal on the 26th of June, 2024, by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company, Mr Marcin Warwas. The dismissal of Mr Marcin Warwas was justified by Ms Elżbieta Filipiak, the Company's shareholder submitting the draft resolution, by the planned appointment of two new people to the Company's Management Board and the number of seats on the Management Board limited by the Company's Articles of Association.
