Pursuant to §5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018, on the current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs about the appointment of the following Vice-Presidents of the Company's Management Board on the 26th of June, 2024, by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company:

1. Mr Janusz Jeremiasz Filipiak;

2. Mr Michał Mędrala.

Mr Janusz Jeremiasz Filipiak and Mr Michał Mędrala were appointed to serve as Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.

Management Board of Comarch S.A. encloses the CVs of the Management Board members elected by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on the 26th of June, 2024.

To the best of the Company's knowledge, Mr Janusz Jeremiasz Filipiak and Mr Michał Mędrala do not conduct any activity competitive to the activity of Comarch S.A., they do not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or company, nor do they participate in a competitive legal person as members of its body; they are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
