The Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that on the 3rd of July, 2024, they received from the proxy of PhD Anna Pruska, Mrs, President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A., a notification of transactions referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
