The Management Board of Comarch S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the "Company") hereby announces that on the 21st of January, 2025, it decided to start the process of reviewing strategic options for the activities conducted within the Public Administration Sector and the e-Health Sector. As part of the process of reviewing strategic options for the sectors indicated above, the Management Board of the Company intends to analyze the available options regarding these sectors and their operations, including their sale to external entities.

As of the date of this current report, no decisions have been made regarding the implementation of a specific strategic option and it is not certain whether such decisions will be made by the Management Board in the future. At the same time, the Management Board informs that the Company's financial advisor in connection with the above process is Trigon Investment Banking sp. z o.o. & Wspólnicy sp.k.
