With reference to current report no. RB-5-2019 dated 11th of April, 2019 on the receipt from CaixaBank SA, a branch in Poland of information about the receipt from the Social Insurance Institution (“ZUS”) request regarding the payment of PLN 24,203,300.40 from a due performance bank guarantee issued by order of a consortium of Comarch SA and Comarch Polska SA (“Comarch”) in relation to the Agreement for the support service of operation and maintenance of the Comprehensive IT System KSI ZUS and current report no. RB-6-2019 of the 26th of April, 2019 regarding postponement of the payment request till the 31st of May, 2019 and current report no. RB-12-2019 of the 29th of May, 2019 regarding postponement of the payment request till the 1st of July, 2019, current report no. RB-13-2019 of the 25th of June, 2019 regarding postponement of the payment request till the 6th of August, 2019, current report no. RB-22-2019 of the 1st of August, 2019 regarding postponement of the payment request till the 16th of September, 2019, and current report no. RB-25-2019 of the 10th of September, 2019 regarding postponement of the payment request till the 19th of November, 2019, as well as in relation to the current report no. RB-26-2019 of the 8th of November, 2019, about the conclusion on the 8th of November, 2019 of a settlement between ZUS and Comarch as part of the conciliation procedure, which is the implementation of the agreement about which the Company informed in current report No. RB-24-2019 of the 27th of August, 2019., the Management informs that on the 13th of November, 2019, received from the bank CaixaBank S.A., a branch in Poland, information about the receipt of a statement from ZUS about the withdrawal of the abovementioned payment requests.
