In accordance with §5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that on the 3rd of January, 2024, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted resolution No. 6 on the election of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. Professor Jolanta Flis, Mrs., was appointed to the Supervisory Board.

Professor Maria Jolanta Flis, Mrs., was appointed to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. until the end of the current term of office of the Supervisory Board.
