Pursuant to § 5 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs about receiving a declaration of resignation of Mr Jarosław Mikos from the membership in the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. as of the 5st of October, 2025. Mr Jaroslaw Mikos did not provide reasons for his resignation.
