Pursuant to § 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. (“Company”) informs that on the 6th of February, 2025, the Company's Supervisory Board, appointed, to the Company's Management Board, Mr. Jarosław Mikos, simultaneously entrusting him with the role of President of the Management Board.

According to the statement provided to the Company, Mr. Jarosław Mikos does not engage in any competitive activities concerning the Company, does not participate in a competing company as a partner in a civil law partnership or a partnership, or as a member of the governing body of a capital company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body. He is also not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National Court Register.
