Pursuant to § 5 Act 1 Pt 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, ComArch S.A.'s Management Board reports that on 18 October 2006 ComArch S.A. received signed agreement with Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski on delivery of Microsoft licences and on related services.

Agreement amounts to 8,002,113.78 EURO. The value of the company's total equity constitutes the significant agreement's criterion.
