Pursuant to § 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. (“Company”) informs that on the 14th of February, 2025, The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted Resolution No. 3 regarding the appointment of Mr. Michał Karol Bobrzyński to the Supervisory Board of the Company.

The Management Board of Comarch S.A. hereby attaches the resume of Mr. Michał Karol Bobrzyński.

According to the statement submitted to the Company, Mr. Michał Karol Bobrzyński does not conduct any business activity competitive to the Company, nor does he participate in a competing company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership, or a capital company. He is also not a member of the governing body of any legal entity engaged in competitive business activities against Comarch S.A. Furthermore, he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act.
