Pursuant to Art. 56 sec. 1 of the Act concerning public tenders, the terms of introducing and trading financial instruments on the stock exchange as well as public companies, due to events between 12 April and 13 April 2008 related to detention and release of Professor Janusz Filipiak, ComArch S.A.'s Management Board announces that:

- Charges against President of the Management Board are not related to activities of ComArch S.A. nor running a business in general,

- ComArch S.A.'s Management Board operate under standard rules,

- In our opinion, this case will not influence the future activities of ComArch S.A.
