  • Anna Pruska holds 665,677 shares (8.18% of the company’s share capital), which constitute 1,856,345 votes at the AGM and 12.27% of all votes at the AGM;
  • Janusz Jeremiasz Filipiak holds 665,676 shares (8.18% of the company’s share capital), which constitute 1,856,344 votes at the AGM and 12.27% of all votes at the AGM;
  • Maria Filipiak holds 665,674 shares (8.18% of the company’s share capital), which consitute 1,856,338 votes at the AGM and 12.27% of all votes at the AGM;
  • Chamonix Investments Poland sp. z o.o. holds 5,106,069 shares (62.77% of the company’s share capital) which constitute 5,106,069 votes at the AGM and 33.74% of all votes at the AGM.

   

The share capital of Comarch S.A. amounts to PLN 8,133,349.00, which corresponds to 15,126,949 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting and consists of:
