2015 Loyalty360 Awards Recognize Achievements in Customer Loyalty
Brands across various industries and sectors were recognized for their dedication to customer loyalty at Loyalty Expo 2015, organized by Loyalty360. At the second annual Loyalty360 Awards, winners were chosen for five different categories of excellence, as well as two overall “360-Degree” awards.
“We’ve introduced the awards at a time when loyalty marketers are hungry to understand what’s truly working to build customer loyalty,” said Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360, in a news release. “New technologies and the opportunity to tap into customer data have created a renaissance in customer loyalty, which many brands are struggling to navigate. Among the winners was Thanks Again®, taking home a Loyalty360 Award for Best Use of Technology and Trends in Loyalty Marketing.
