Jarosław Mikos appointed the President of Comarch’s Management Board

On 6 February 2025, the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. appointed Mr Jarosław Mikos as President of the Company's Management Board. Jarosław Mikos has been associated with Comarch S.A. from 8 December 2024 as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Jarosław Mikos has extensive knowledge of building functional and fast-growing organisations and has been active in the FinTech market for years. During his career, he has been associated with Energis Polska, the Wirtualna Polska Group and Polskie ePłatności, among others. Shortly after his appointment as President of Comarch, Jarosław Mikos said:

The following is a business profile of Jarosław Mikos.

Jarosław Mikos graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He started his professional activity in 1995 at Deloitte & Touche in the Economic Advisory Department. From 1996, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand as a senior consultant. From 1997 to 1999, he was a manager in PwC's London office and then deputy director in PwC's M&A and Privatisation Department. Since 2000, he has been involved with Energis Poland, first as a Member of the Management Board responsible for business development, then as CFO, and since 2002 as CEO of this company. In 2005, he led the merger of Energis Polska with GTS Polska, remaining Chairman of the Board. Between 2006 and 2010, he ran his own investment business. From 2011 to 2013 he was President of Magna Polonia, where he led the restructuring process of the fund, and from 2013 to 2017 he was associated with the Wirtualna Polska Group as Chairman of the Supervisory Board delegated to supervise the Company's Management Board.

At the end of 2017, Jarosław Mikos became CEO of Polskie ePłatności S.A., one of the two largest payment terminal operators on the Polish market. From November 2021, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and then President of the Management Board, he headed IAI S.A., a company specialising in the supply of software for, among other things, online shops. He has been involved with WeNet for the last 2 years, initially as a member of the Supervisory Board and since June 2023 as CEO. On 8 December 2024, he became a member of the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. On 6 February 2025, the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. appointed him President of the company's Management Board.
