Effective 6 August 2025, Joanna Bilewicz, who has served as Chief People Officer since June, has joined the Management Board of Comarch S.A. Piotr Korycki, one of the most experienced managers on the Polish market, will join the management board of the Comarch Group from 1 September. The new vice-president of the management board will replace Konrad Tarański, who has played an important role in building the company's potential in recent years.
