A run of success for Comarch OSS Suite in DACH countries
Comarch successfully continues its expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with its COTS OSS Suite products.
Comarch’s expansion into the DACH telecommunications market began in 2000 with the signing of a contract for Interconnect Billing and Off-line Billing with Deutsche Telefon- und Marketing Services AG (DTMS). The success of this project resulted in many other contracts for Customer Billing and Management in this region.
Since 2003, when the first significant contract with Telefónica O2 Germany GmbH & Co. OHG was signed to provide software for Fault Management and Configuration and Performance Management, Comarch has also rolled out successful projects for T-Mobile in Germany and Austria by implementing the Comarch Resource and Service Inventory solution (a part of the Comarch OSS Suite platform). The company continues to develop cooperation with operators in the DACH region - the latest addition to the Comarch customer portfolio is Vodafone Germany, where Comarch has been selected to deliver its Next Generation Service Assurance (NGSA).
This proves that our COTS set of products, which are created on the basis of a flexible data model and an end-to-end service management approach, fulfill the needs of one of the most challenging market and global communications service providers.
Comarch constantly fosters solid cooperation with leading system integrators in the region, including PSI and T-Systems. This benefits our customers by enabling an innovative and complete COTS solution as well as the highest quality of integrated services.
The projects in DACH countries made a considerable contribution to the development of Comarch OSS Suite. Comarch’s experience in these markets shaped the development of the product and solution portfolio in the OSS area. Also, cooperation with industry organizations, among others TM Forum, ETIS, GSMA, ensures that it meets the highest standards and provides a comprehensive platform for the management of telecommunication infrastructure and services (combined eTOM and ITIL process environment).
