Comarch FSM Provides Comprehensive Support to One of the Top Telecom Operators in the United Arab Emirates
The telecommunications arm of e& UAE, has adopted Comarch Field Service Management (FSM) platform across the UAE. The partnership began in 2015 and has since expanded to optimize field service processes for different areas of e& UAE’s business.
Nine years of successful partnership
Comarch and e& UAE have signed a comprehensive maintenance contract that spans a further five years, reaffirming their long-standing partnership. This strategic agreement underscores their mutual commitment towards ensuring operations 24/7 for e& UAEs services in the United Arab Emirates. The partnership also includes the certification of changes implemented by e& UAE, and lays the groundwork for potential future Comarch Field Service Management (FSM) platform expansions. The collaboration between Comarch and e& UAE is built on a solid foundation of trust and mutual success that has been growing since 2015, further strengthening their partnership and setting new benchmarks for the industry.
How e& UAE Enhanced UAE Connectivity with Comarch FSM
Joining forces with Comarch, e& UAE implemented three significant projects involving the Comarch Field Service Management suite and its associated modules across various aspects of e& UAE's operations. The focus was on streamlining field service management.
The initial phase of this partnership focused on equipping technicians with advanced tools for automated work scheduling and real-time access to critical information, aiming to optimize resource utilization, improve task execution efficiency, and increase the first-time fix rate. Comarch's solutions were also aimed at refining business processes to boost customer engagement and streamline provisioning and failure management.
Further initiatives expanded to enhance information flow, support hardware planning, and improve subcontractor management, particularly in developing mobile networks in the UAE. Comarch FSM platform provided:

- Field testing
- Quality assurance
- Process management for mobile network enhancement
Additionally, the partnership supported e& UAE's Workforce Digitization program, focusing on automating and optimizing field and office activities. This initiative aimed to simplify routine tasks and improve the efficiency
of repair and maintenance operations, further demonstrating e& UAE and Comarch's commitment to driving innovation and excellence in telecommunications services.
