The next phase of France’s transition to electronic invoicing is just around the corner.
Starting from September 2026, issuing electronic invoices will become mandatory for large and mid-sized enterprises operating in France and all entities regardless of their size shall be able to receive the electronic invoices. By September 2027, this requirement will extend to small and micro-businesses for issuing e-invoices. From B2B to B2G, electronic invoicing will soon be the default standard for financial operations.
