Maria Wróblewska, Director of Artificial Intelligence Department at Comarch, was recently a guest on Loyalty TV with host Paula Thomas! Maria offered guidance for customer loyalty professionals looking to integrate AI into their strategies. With nearly 15 years at our company, Maria’s journey has taken her from salesperson to consultant and now to AI product owner, showcasing her deep understanding of customer loyalty.

Maria explained how Comarch’s Loyalty Marketing platform utilizes AI to analyze high-spending customers, those at risk of churning, and clients with high Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). By leveraging AI, companies can receive tailored recommendations on how to engage specific segments of their audience effectively. For instance, loyalty marketers can quickly inquire MAIA (My Artificial Intelligence Assistant) about daily enrollment metrics, and AI will deliver real-time data and actionable next steps.

She also provided tips for those struggling with personalization, affirming that AI can enhance hyper-personalization, customer service, and fraud prevention. However, she cautioned that these applications must continue to evolve, stating:

 

In the next year or two, hyper-personalization and fraud prevention alone won’t be enough. We need to think about something new and something more.
