Comarch’s Recognized at the CX & Loyalty MENA Awards 2023
We’re proud to share that two of Comarch’s clients, ENOC and Alshaya Group, gained accolades during this year’s edition of the MENA Awards. Their loyalty initiatives were recognized as the Customer Happiness Government Organization of MENA 2023 and Best Newly Launched Loyalty Program of the Year, respectively.
Enoc’s awarded project is the YES Rewards loyalty program – a fuel rewards program that allows clients to benefit from exclusive offers and deals to incentivize customers for their purchases. Alshaya Group – one of the world’s leading international franchise operators – was acknowledged for their work toward innovation through loyalty schemes that help customers unlock benefits across an array of companies. Both brands’ loyalty initiatives are powered by Comarch’s Loyalty Management Platform.
Their recognition came as part of the CX & Loyalty MENA Awards – an annual conference dedicated to the best technologies and innovations responsible for strong customer experience, employee experience, and customer loyalty program management. Gathering the industry’s best, the yearly summit is a great chance to “explore emerging CX strategies, the latest technologies – Digital, Automation, and best practices that will keep organizations at the forefront of CX, EX & CL excellence.”
This year, the conference took place in Dubai on November 1-2. Some of the topics covered by panelists and keynote speakers included pressing industry issues, such as hyper-personalization in CX, the power of gamification, and advances in customer analytics and segmentation.
