Prudential Implements Innovative Comarch Campaign Management in Vietnam
Prudential Vietnam decided to implement a new campaign management platform delivered by Comarch, an international IT vendor. The company realized that nowadays customers are more informed, more demanding and expect experiences in real time and on the channels they prefer. Only well targeted offers and messages delivered at a relevant time and place can generate real return on marketing investments. Achieving these goals is only possible by adopting powerful IT automation tools.

Comarch Campaign Management was created to help marketers easily define and manage marketing campaigns (both singlechannel and complex multichannel designs) and deliver the right message to the right audience over the right channel. The solution streamlines integration and automation of marketing activities in order to launch campaigns faster and increase revenue, as well as business performance.
Comarch was present in Vietnam before. We started with a modest but innovative loyalty consulting project for Vingroup. However within the first year of operations, we established business relationships with important clients – Prudential being one of them. Now the contract of our campaign management tool has been signed, but this is not the end. Our new solution, Comarch ECM Customer Care, combines the advantages of enterprise content management and customer relation management tools – which is another product that can be implemented soon – says Jan Svorobovic, Sales Director at Comarch Malaysia Sdn.
