Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) With a Big Win at Loyalty & Awards 2024

The 2024 edition of Loyalty & Awards is behind us, and we’re happy to share that one of its winners is Comarch’s loyalty client – Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), which won this year’s Best Marketing Campaign category. 

Loyalty & Awards is an annual conference organized by Global Flight, the goal of which is to bring together the most important solutions in the world of customer loyalty. The event distinguishes the top industry names and initiatives in 6 major categories, including Best Loyalty Partnership, Best Use of Technology, Best Lifetime Achievement, Excellence in Management, Best Supplier Innovation, and Best Marketing Campaign.

We’re happy to share that the latter was won by one of Comarch’s long-standing loyalty clients, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS). SAS is Scandinavia’s leading airline and the most important carrier of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Its EuroBonus program is Scandinavia’s largest and most accomplished loyalty program, boasting over 5 million members.

At the Loyalty & Awards 2024, SAS was recognized for its ground-breaking marketing campaign called “The Destination Unknown”. Open only to members of the EuroBonus program, the initiative was based on the idea of a mystery trip that passengers could join in exchange for their accumulated loyalty points – with the destination revealed after the take-off. 

The Best Marketing Campaign award was received by Eric Kalali, Program Manager at SAS
